Everyone has their own reason for getting in shape and learning to box—and it’s never too late to start. Our adult program covers warm‑ups, fundamental skills, conditioning, defense, pad work, and optional sparring. Whether you’re a beginner or training for competition, you’ll build strength, endurance, and solid technique.
Ladies Boxing Boot Camp delivers high‑intensity conditioning while teaching fundamental boxing skills and techniques. Each class blends cardio calisthenics, shadowboxing, heavy‑bag work, and core‑strength exercises to boost muscular strength and cardio endurance. You’ll sweat hard, build a strong core, and burn hundreds of calories. This class is for women only.
You’ll begin with an evaluation or enter with a defined goal. Our personal training program uses clear, customized fitness objectives—guided by the OBA framework (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, Time‑bound)—to create a personalized plan built for real progress.
